Atty. Bianca Georgia T. Paloma is an Associate of V&A Lawโs Litigation Department handling a broad spectrum of litigation matters including commercial disputes, criminal defense, tax controversies, intra-corporate governance conflicts, civil cases, such as family law, and suits involving government officials.
In just three years of practice, Atty. Paloma has played critical roles in teams successfully handling multi-billion-peso intra-corporate disputes. She has advised clients and foreign counsel on Philippine law concerning arbitration, contractual breaches, insurance, and other highly technical legal matters. She has also successfully litigated cases arising from offenses under laws protecting women and children, and intra-corporate disputes.
She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2023 and joined the Firm in the same year where she was consistently recognized as one of the top junior associatesโa testament to her exceptional skill and dedication.
