Apart from maintaining the extensive trademark portfolios of some of V&A Lawโs top local and foreign IP clients, Atty. San Pedro advises clients on a broad range of topics ranging from branding and commercialization, advertising regulations and infringement risks. She has successfully defended and enforced the trademark rights of several local and foreign brand owners in inter partes cases involving bad faith filings and trademark โbullyingโ suits. As part of Petron Corporationโs brand protection team, she obtained a conviction for trademark infringement and unfair competition against illegal LPG re-fillers in the lower courts. Atty. San Pedro also handles domain name matters, including disputes under the Uniform Dispute Resolution Policy of ICANN.
