Atty. Juanito “Jun” L. Sañosa, Jr. is the Co-Managing Partner of V&A Law and the Head of the Firm’s Corporate & Commercial Law Department. He brings to the Firm extensive experience across private practice and public service.
With a primary focus on Corporate and Commercial Law, Atty. Sañosa’s practice spans M&A; Corporate Governance; Labor Law; Restructuring and Insolvency; Technology, Media, and Telecommunications; Capital Markets; Securities Regulation and Finance; Public and Private Partnerships; Taxation; Immigration; and Gaming among others.
Atty. Sañosa advises a wide range of clients engaged in various industries and has acted on behalf of both buyers and sellers in local and cross-border M&A transactions, providing end-to-end support, guiding them from conception to negotiations, documentation, and post-closing matters
Prior to rejoining V&A Law in 2024, Atty. Sañosa served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (“PAGCOR”), the primary regulator of the Philippines’ gaming industry.
